6. AI Outputs and Limitations

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational purposes only. Eurys does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use.

7. Service Availability

Eurys aims to provide reliable and continuous Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or suspend access for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

Eurys’ total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing access.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
