- Drive enterprise and government business for Conversational AI solutions.
- Identify and develop new opportunities across Voice AI, WhatsApp, Chatbot and AI automation.
- Build relationships with CXOs, government departments, PSUs and enterprise customers.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technology teams to develop solution proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong B2B technology sales experience.
- Understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud, telecom or IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in government/PSU or enterprise sales will be an advantage.

Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant – Conversational AI

Pre-Sales & Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into AI solution architectures.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, demos and POCs.
- Design solutions involving Voice AI, IVRS, WhatsApp, Chatbots, APIs and enterprise integrations.

- Develop opportunities with government departments, PSUs and public-sector organizations.
- Work with system integrators and technology partners.
- Identify AI, citizen engagement, helpline, IVRS and digital transformation opportunities.
- Manage proposals, meetings, follow-ups and commercial discussions.
- Experience in government/PSU sales or business development.
- Understanding of tenders, RFPs, GeM and government procurement processes.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in IT, telecom, AI or digital transformation will be preferred.
